Pricing
What Christmas light installation costs.
Most homes we light land between $600 and $900 for the season. That covers the lights, the install, service calls, takedown and storage. Here is how we get to your number.
How we price
$6 to $10 per linear foot of roofline.
The rate depends on the height and detail of the roofline. Everything else is added per item, so you can see what each part of the display costs and decide what to include.
- Roofline length
- Most of the price. We measure every edge you want lit.
- Height and pitch
- Second story and steep roofs take more time and equipment.
- Trees and shrubs
- Priced per item, based on size and how fully you want them wrapped.
- Extras
- Wreaths, garland, columns and walkway lights, each priced on the quote.

Compared to doing it yourself
Why the price includes the lights.
Store bought strands often fail partway through the season, and they never fit the roofline exactly. Ours are commercial grade, cut to your house and covered by free service calls. We store them after the season, so the same fitted set goes back up next year.
How much does Christmas light installation cost?
Most homes run $6 to $10 per linear foot of roofline, which puts a typical single family home between $600 and $900. That price includes the lights, installation, service calls during the season, takedown and storage. Trees, shrubs and wreaths are priced per item on the same quote.
Do I have to buy the lights?
No. The lights are included in the price. We supply commercial grade LEDs, cut to fit your home, and we store them for you after the season. Next year the same set goes back up on your house.
Can you hang lights I already own?
We only install lights we supply. Our LEDs are brighter, cut to your roofline and covered by our free service calls. We cannot stand behind store bought strands the same way.
